I've driven by 100 times, but finally stopped by and I wish I had sooner! They have plant based chicken & sausage! It was delicious! The only thing I would say is I wish it was bigger for those that want to sit inside. They do have an outside patio that is nice.

Wow. I visited once, and I didn't try the cinnamon rolls, but I did try the BLT sandwich. I haven't been that impressed in a long time. There were no cut corners, every layer was seasoned, the amount was generous, and the ingredients were super quality!!!

OMGGGG, this place is AMAZING. We went here for the first time and absolutely LOVED every single thing we ate and their prices were very reasonable too! Our kids devoured the fried chicken sandwich, my husband LOVED the burger, and the chicken salad sandwich was SO tasty. Now onto the cinnamon rolls.....OUT OF THIS WORLD. I preferred the original ones but the seasonal caramel apple were very good too. We are Definitely going to be back.

I love places that greet me when I walk in.. It kinda makes me feel obligated to buy something. This place is small but definitely a big deal. The place was clean. We ordered a cinnamon roll, a sausage egg and cheese, and a bacon egg cheese sandwich. My first question was do you have a cinnamon roll breakfast sandwich??? (they don’t) So of course I started with the cinnamon roll, it was absolutely delicious, warm, soft, not too sweet. Each bite I closed my eyes and chewed slowly. I had to enjoy every single morsel. The sandwiches were large and delicious as well. Although you can’t see the bacon, it was piled high on the inside. Don’t walk, RUN here!! Thanks I definitely be coming back!

I love Morning Rolls! I actually don't like cinnamon rolls - I never have - but I'll eat these. They're delicious and perfectly baked every time.

I had a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and the Cinn-rocks. Both were really good. This is a good breakfast spot. Haven't tried the burgers or anything else but will definitely be back.

Excellent breakfast sandwiches. The buns are perfect. The bacon and eggs were great also. The cinnamon roll is exquisite. I don’t have any more adjectives but I would recommend this place.

Great little place in a strip mall. We had the sausage egg & cheese sandwich with chipotle mayo and highly recommend! The sandwich is made fresh to order. Now the cinnamon rolls are on a whole new level. The dough is soft and fluffy with the perfect amount of cinnamon and icing. Do not sleep on Morning Rolls!
